Church of the Immaculate Conception and the Michael Ferrall Family Cemetery is a historic Roman Catholic church and cemetery at 145 S. King Street in Halifax, North Carolina. The church was designed by noted Philadelphia architect, Edwin Forrest Durang.
It was built in 1889 and added to the National Register in 1997.
